Program Advocacy: Engage with administrators and stakeholders to elevate the visibility and importance of our programs, ensuring they are recognized for their critical role in the healthcare system.
Military to Civilian Transition: Identify and align military laboratory training objectives with civilian MLT/MLS program standards. Help define clear equivalencies for didactic and clinical competencies, create tools for transcript evaluation, and support efforts to streamline transfer credit recognition. AMLEP's military-to-civilian crosswalk along with other resources will pave the way for a smoother transition for service members and veterans pursuing academic advancement and professional certification.
